Added The Aether mod and pokemon can spawn in the Aether

Updated config, fixed missing pokemon models, added default options, added attack through grass.

I felt like a lot of cobblemon modpacks either had too much in it and very overwhelming or too little and underwhelming. I decided to make my own that's just right with new structures, armor, tools, weapons, missing pokemon models and items, backpacks, waystones, mobs and bosses, and QOL all while staying true to Vanilla+ and a focus of Cobblemon.
