removed one mod that was not working properly. have fun :D

Updated the Modpack to 1.21.10

Main Changes:

-removed old annoying mods

- added new mods

- basically redid the whole modpack

yea i found some time again to update this :D hope yall enjoy

I playtested it now and disabled annoying mods like the motion blur or unnormally loud music mods.
