the Gipples fade away from our world...

• fixed a crash whenever Gipples spawn (thanks for the unintentional bugtesting, Mayanstars!)
• removed/hid various features related to the Gipples Galore mod NOTICE: Servers should update the Block Swap configs, the scripts folder and the kubejs folder to avoid the crash. Clients on 2.0.1 should be compatible.
