Iris Shaders added , main menu buttons fixed to look more like the bedrock main menu, Rethinking Voxels shaderpack added (to replicate minecraft bedrock RTX)

This is a small bugfix version to my modpack, this update fixes the menu entierly. and it fixes the version text and changes all of the logos to better versions.

The first version of my Modpack
