Removed all temporarily disabled mods to not clutter up the mod install for no reason.

Updated various mods to be re-enabled like Wavey Capes & No Chat Restrictions.

Update to 26.1.2 w/ some disabled mods in there (Mods that work on 26.1 but haven't been updated for the hotfixes).
