- added a certus quartz recipe in ae2.js (heated mixing: 4 pastel geode shards + nether quartz for 1 certus). it's pricey on purpose, just enough to bootstrap a budding-block farm + pastel apothecary.
- new renewable_endgame.js: create transmutation routes for iesnium, platinum, nutium (heated) and uranium (superheated). left sky steel alone since it's already renewable.
