AE2 Master Race (AMR)

forgot to remove jei

Fixed REI and added some mods.

This is the first version of AMR.
All the basic and main mods have been added.
I will consider updating the modlist or the MC version once AE2 updates the MC version and/or some big updated release.
This release should be very playable and enjoyable
