Added Multiplayer Support

Some features from the older version have not been added yet, some have been modified a little bit.. and theres also a couple of new features.. i think, not really sure to be honest..

The entire code structure under the hood has been built from the ground up however, using better & cleaner methods to do the same thing as the older version.

Copied over a System that I'm using in a mod I started after this was published, that'll replace the arm with the correct model. (supports lefthanded mode as well)

this will help indicate when your infected & what type of zombie you are with a quick glace (if your hand is empty), as well as add to the emersion of the mod.
