showPicture: displays happy news picture, enabled by default;

type: (xibao | beibao) "happy news" or "sad news", the default is happy news;

除此之外新增了3首喜庆的音乐以及1首悲伤的小曲，会在放出喜报或悲报的同时播放
可以切换喜报或悲报。
