HUGE UPDATE

• UI reworked and now shows more info from players (name, dimension and distance) in real time (updates every second).
• Added cool new particles and sound effect for the teletransportation.
• Now durability and cooldown from both items are configurable. (Thanks for the feedback!)
• Added Ender Nacre, obtained from one Ender Pearl (you get 4 from 1).
• Using and Ender Pearl and teleporting you have 50% of probability from dropping a Ender Nacre (also configurable).
• Updated textures.
• Updated translations.
• Recipe of the Wormhole Artifact nerfed, is a bit more expensive now (needs Copper Blocks and Ender Nacre) but stills accesible.

• Critical bugfix: Teleporting to a player from another dimension with the Wormhole Remote now works correctly and no longer teleports you to a limbo bug position. (Please update immediately.)
• You can now see players with the Wormhole Artifact when using the Wormhole Remote.

• Bugfix: Now the heads of players renders correctly
• Now the UI is a little bit wider
