Added /environmentattribute command. Has the following sub-commands:
- get <attribute type>: Gets the value an environment attribute at the location the command is executed in.
- set <attribute type> <value>: Sets a override for an environment attribute for the dimension the command is executed in.
- reset <attribute type>: Resets a override of an environment attribute in the dimension the command is executed in.
- resetall: Resets all environment attribute overrides for the dimension the command is executed in.
