Update to 26.1-rc-2

Important change: A vanilla changed made it so the single-player client now uses the server registries. So with sync_after_registry_reload enabled, there is no longer a re-configuration. Instead simply the chunks are reloaded. This also means that even with sync_after_registry_reload disabled, many client-side changes will take effect immediately.

• this update required a large rewrite of registry reloading; so there is a large possibility of bugs
  • error messages when reloading registries are no longer printed in chat
• As there are breaking changes expected in fabric api in this snapshot cycle, releases will require specific fabric api versions for the time being. This one requires fabric api 0.140.x

• Added /environmentattribute command. Has the following sub-commands:
  • get <attribute type>: Gets the value an environment attribute at the location the command is executed in.
  • set <attribute type> <value>: Sets a override for an environment attribute for the dimension the command is executed in.
  • reset <attribute type>: Resets a override of an environment attribute in the dimension the command is executed in.
  • resetall: Resets all environment attribute overrides for the dimension the command is executed in.
