Update to Spell Engine 1.9.0
Spell books now offer 3 spells only, to match other classes
Arcane Blast spell is now attached to Arcane Staff variants
Frostbolt spell is now attached to Frost Staff variants
Pyroblast spell is now attached to Fire Staff variants
Wizard Staff now comes with spell choices
