Core changes

• Removed update-check scheduler from auth-plugin initialization flow.
• Simplified startup init sequence from 4 steps to 3 steps after update-check removal.
• Updated command namespace registration and permission checks to wingauth.* (from legacy namespace).

Runtime / integration

• Updated plugin messaging channels to wingauth namespace for mod/backend communication.
• Updated default database identifiers/paths to wingauth equivalents (JDBC prefix + local db filenames).
• Kept WingAPI bridge behavior unchanged (embedded/separate modes still resolve as before).
