added noismum, performance overlay (for benchmarking), and enchanted's sodium options and optimized LOTS of settings

do NOT change ingame settings, unless you know what you're doing! these settings are meant for optimization while preventing your cpu from overheating due to minecraft's poor resource management.

updated all mods and programmer art fix resource pack, and added immersive ui along with all required api dependencies

• added c2me, fastquit, language reload time, and cubes without borders
• optimized ingame default graphics settings (vsync off and unlimited fps)
• increased gui scaling to 3, and raised hotbar
• updated all mods
