Weather Notifier

Version jumped from v1.0.0 to v1.2.0 as I seem to have forgotten to publish to modrinth during the last six months. All changes from within these last few months are included in this changelog.

• Fixed snow toast not working properly

• Fixed snow toast again (now also enabled by default)
• Added a new useTopHeight configuration option, this might make weather checks more accurate in some cases, less accurate in others.
• Fixed toasts when traveling between dimensions
