Some more work on Waystones-X

I have backported and integrated several features from the BetterWaystonesMenu mod:

• Two different sorting modes (when you click it, the button list gets rebuilt)
• Filtering by name
• Deletion ("Unlearning") of waystones
• Config button Some other stuff was added:
• General GUI facelift
• Pinning and unpinning
• Filtering cross-dim waystones if cross-dim teleport is disabled in the config
• Global waystones are not stored in the config anymore, but in save nbt. Singleplayer global waystones don't impede on server waystones and vice versa.
