-fixed Local cache of IPs in ipdata.yml for faster repeat lookups. Player IP is always saved on join (even if offline), preserving any existing exclude flag.

-fixed Broadcast location to online operators when a player joins.

-Permission wauf.notify to receive automatic location broadcasts when players join.

-Permission wauf.exclude to opt out of location tracking (no notifications, no /wauf queries).

-wauf.use permission default set to false (must be explicitly granted).

v1.0.2 - Improvements and Adjustments Console Compatibility: The /wauf command can now be executed from the server console, allowing administrators to retrieve players' location information without being in-game.

Automatic Connection Notification: When a player joins the server, their approximate geographical location is automatically displayed to online operators.

Automatic Location Saving: Players' geographical locations are now automatically saved to the ipdata.yml file upon connection, making it easier to access this information without repeated queries.
