Warp Pads

This version is tested compatible with Minecraft 1.17.0-1.19.4.

Changes:

• Better icon logic in small spaces
• Warp Pads emit light (configurable)
• Bug fixes
• Fixed icons vanishing at steep angles above the player
• Fixed issue where players leaving and rejoining with a cooldown would prevent warping.
• Fixed big multiplayer issues \o/
• Added 1.19 blocks to collision allow-list (Thanks @Dragonruler6008!)
• Fix advancements (Also thanks @Dragonruler6008!)
• Clean up some tags and scores

Changes in this patch:

• Removed mcdp advancement tab
• Removed 1.18+ blocks to keep backwards compatibililty
• Added Smithed compatibility, now follows Smithed conventions
• Made placing warp pads more responsive
