Warp Pads

This version is tested compatible with Minecraft 1.20.4. It should work with versions >= 1.17.0.

Changes:

• Fix default label behavior for 1.20
• Update pack metadata
• Add script to make patching the archive easier (see readme if compiling)
• Changed some old commit metadata, repository hashes are all changed now.

• Better icon logic in small spaces
• Warp Pads emit light (configurable)
• Bug fixes
• Fixed icons vanishing at steep angles above the player
• Fixed issue where players leaving and rejoining with a cooldown would prevent warping.
• Fixed big multiplayer issues \o/
• Added 1.19 blocks to collision allow-list (Thanks @Dragonruler6008!)
• Fix advancements (Also thanks @Dragonruler6008!)
• Clean up some tags and scores

• Added Smithed compatibility, now follows Smithed conventions
• Made placing warp pads more responsive
