Changes

• Adjusted wandering trader spawning logic (will no longer spawn on bottom slabs or dangerous places).
• Adjusted spawn chance (maximum chance is now 25%, increasing rarity).
• Adjusted wandering trader limit (changed to online players / 2).
• Adjusted despawn reset logic: instead of resetting to a random player, it now prioritizes the earliest despawned player's slot.
• Adjusted spawn check mechanism: spawn chance is now calculated individually per player instead of globally.

New Commands

• Added /wanderingplus info — Check whether a player already has a spawned wandering trader and view their spawn chance priority.
