Added functionality to the wither effect!

Added the regeneration and inverse functionality for wither effect (Hopefully set straight in the next update)

Fixed Frost Effect, hoping to rework eventually but for now it does work

Moved a lot of attribute based modifiers to being effects. I don't really know how to do wither effect so if anyone can help me please do.

Added the base of the wither effect, functionality in the next update

Added a netherite sword called Force Edge, only one allowed.
