Fixed a critical bug that caused certain fox variants to infinitely spawn without any cap.

• Fixed the fox spawn rates of new variants
• Fixed Tamed foxes not sitting down when right clicked
• Added tamed foxes healing when fed berries
• Added a config for enabling and disabling certain fox variants from spawning (Fzzy Config now required because of this)
• Added the Fox O' Meter, a craftable item that when held and you hover over a fox, will tell you their variant, tame progression, and if they trust you (see image below for an example) !A fox sleeping with a textbox to the right of the crosshair that's focusing on the fox, the textbox states that it's a polar fox that does not trust the player, with a tame stage of zero out of four.

• Tag-based Fox spawning, similar to the new Wolf Variants
• Added more foxes variants:
  • Variant for Taiga, Snowy and Default foxes.
  • Varaints for spawnable foxes in the Nether.
  • Desert fox (Fennec)
  • Spawnable foxes in the End with a new variant and rare chance of a Talon Fox.
  • Monster variants that can spawn at night.
  • Sculk variant spawnable in the Deep Dark
