Performant Vulkan shaders for Minecraft. Shaders, LoD, Upscaling, Framegen, Crosshairs, and more.
How to use & important info
We are currently in Beta, so expect bugs. Report bugs to the Discord server. It is recommended to use the latest release. These are all previews of the v2.0.0 stable release, and each version contains more bugfixes / performance optimizations / features than the last.
VulkShade replaces Minecraft's renderer. This means mods that expect Minecraft's default renderer may not work. We have a compatibility bridge that will allow some mods to work (e.g. PvP HUDs, etc), but mods heavily integrated with Minecraft's renderer are unlikely to work (e.g. Sodium, Iris, etc)
To configure vulkshade, press esc and navigate to video settings.
We require a minimum of Vulkan 1.3 (most devices support this). If your GPU is newer than the dates below then it is likely your device can run VulkShade.
