VStuff 3.0.2!

While we work on 4.0.0 (The big cool update that has phys ropes & a lot more awesome stuff, join the discord for updates-), here's another patch for 3.x, bringing the following changes/fixes:

• Levituff sounds should now be optimized and won't lag an insane amount (https://github.com/yayEvy/vstuffcontinued/issues/12) (Flare) (For real this time-)
• Add permissions to commands (Bry)
• Revert rope item model back to the old one, the new one is for 4.x onwards (Flare)
• Remove attachment logging (Flare)
• Remove other log stuff (Bry)
