More fixes for 0.2.4!
Changelog:
- Fixed rope thrower not rendering the rope if the first position was world
- Fixed rope thrower not creating the joint while using the physx backend
- Fixed weird warping and wrong positions to pulley anchor, which was causing swinging when using it
- Adjust Phys Grabber values and forces to work well (i think) with the new VS weights that were introduced in I forgot what 2.4 update
