MORE fixes for 0.2.4!
Changelog:
- Make Pulley Anchor directional (can now be placed on sides of blocks, and under blocks)
- Remove damping values on joints that I forgot to remove while testing something in dev, and then it somehow made it way into fix 3
- Make VS Depdendency not require 2.4.8.1 specifically, have a minimum of 2.4.0 (but for the love of god dont use that old of a version)
