When player is in VR, disabled some of vanilla's mechanisms to stop sprinting such as brushing past blocks and moving in a different direction
Added dynamic speed boost based on arm swing speed (15%->60%, vanilla is 30%)
Made prior system into fallback for when servers do not have the mod

Requires Vivecraft 1.3.3+
