VORTEX Foundations - Phantom Menace

Phantoms are back, progression is fixed, and you can use rowboats in oceans again. You can now, probably, make a correct playthrough now.
Here's the latest update, bringing you a fixed nether quest tree and new recipes. Officially, the first version for VFS.

- Reset options button in the options screen
- Alert for insufficient RAM allocation ( less than 8000 MB )
