Updated Project to Fabric 1.21.1

Fix mixin injection errors preventing mod from loading "could not find any targets matching 'render'" error on start

• Added refmap reference to mixin configuration

Fix mixin injection error that prevents the game from starting (render method targeting issue)

• also fixed recipe book display -> removes the ui until book is closed (i hope)

Currently only tested on Fabric 1.20.1!

• Adds an overlay showing your armor and off-hand slots next to chests, anvils, barrels, etc
• Equip, swap, or drop armor and off-hand items directly from the overlay
• Supports shift-click, hotbar swap, and drag and drop
• Configurable overlay position (left/right), margins, and visibility
• Option to show/hide the off-hand slot and tooltips
• Works out of the box with all major vanilla containers
