
Villager Mental Decay XV
This datapack gives villagers a score toward mental decay for every in game day that they do not meet enough of certain needs.

release28 декабря 2025 г.New vmd.node system -Entities tagged as "tall" are randomly selected to have a vmd.node summoned at their location -nodes can last 10 minutes, or 40 minutes -vmd nodes are used in certain Spirits XV functions -Sub bosses use them for spawning, teleporting, and as projectiles
Players are now also affected by mental decay -Players must spend time near other players or villagers -radius was increased for detection -Players must use a bed -Only need to lay in it. Can get up immediately and it still counts, but must lay in it. -Players must touch grass or other surface blocks -Expanded surface blocks to a tag #outside -Being near undead mobs will also affect players -Players recover from decay twice as fast as villagers, once per 10 minutes
Instead of transforming, players with vmd_decay will see "visions" -Visions are made of particles only visible to players with sufficient decay scores -Visions become more numerous, bizarre, and longer lasting with higher vmd_decay scores -Touching visions will cause blindness. -Touching visions with a decay score of 10 will also cause vrpg_silence -Players with high decay and either positive or negative spirits_aura scores will see special visions that shoot invisible beams at all times, which only effect the players that can see these visions
