• Added {server} placeholder to format and discord_format: shows the sender's current server in every staff chat message
• In Minecraft, the server name in {server} is clickable — clicking it runs /server <name> to join the server directly, with a hover tooltip
• show_server_in_minecraft and show_server_in_discord can be toggled independently in config.yml

• All staff join, leave, mute, and server switch events can now also be shown in Minecraft chat for staff members (configurable per event via enable_minecraft_* and customizable messages via minecraft_*_message in config.yml)
