Added a setting for cropping room icons to make tunnels visible

Improved Performance
Render inscriptions/marked rooms as border overlay
Arrow now properly scales with map scale instead of Minecraft's GUI scale

Made room icons data-driven
- Custom room icons need a resource packed texture and an entry in the vault_map_icons.json VH config file
Updated room icons to the new vanilla VH vault map icon style

- This feature requires VMSync to be enabled
