Unlocked The End (finally finished Bedrock compat)

For now, custom loot dropped by the Ender Dragon will appear as vanilla items to Bedrock players. This will be fixed in a future release sometime soon. Fixing it requires Geyser's Custom Item API v2, which currently requires a special version of the mod. If it looks like the new item API won't be added to the main branch anytime soon, I'll do some testing and switch the version of Geyser used over to the special one.
