Downgraded Sodium version to reduce error frequency when starting up the modpack

• Fixed a critical dependency oversight for Lootr (sorry about that)
• Updated various performance mods
• Updated my personal mods

Updated to support latest Bedrock version

• update to 1.21.11
• update fabric api
• added lithostitched
• updated all mods
• disabled spawn immunity, model gap fix, and navigable rivers (in resources folder as well) temporarily due to incompatibility
• edited isiwiw to make the whole crossplay work at all

sorry it took so long to update this so that the crossplay with bedrock would work
