Summary

The "Server-Side Optional & Client Mixin Separation" update. Optimizes mixin loading to support dedicated server environments and allow vanilla client compatibility.

• Client Mixin Isolation: Extracted WolfRendererMixin and WolfRenderStateMixin into a dedicated vanilla-outsider-better-dogs.client.mixins.json configuration file.
• Dedicated Server Protection: Marked the new client mixin configuration as "environment": "client", ensuring the Fabric Loader ignores client-only mixins on headless dedicated servers and preventing classloading crashes.
• Vanilla Client Compatibility: Ensured the mod works fully on the server-side, enabling vanilla clients to connect without requiring mod installation, while maintaining complete feature parity in singleplayer.
