Summary

The "Continuous Territorial Cascades" update. Fixes issues with wild wolf pack leaders ignoring each other after initial dispute interactions and enables seamless pack merges.

• Bi-directional Busy State: Marks both wolves involved in a territorial dispute as busy. Checks initiator busy state before running.
• Merge Yielding Fix: Fully implemented loser yielding (loseConflict()) where the initiator merges its pack and followers into the rival's pack when they lose the dominance decision.
• Fight Defeat Merging: Symmetrically checks the initiator's health during a territorial war; if the initiator is defeated or killed, their pack merges into the winner's pack.
• Rapid Debug Cooldown: Reduced the territorial dispute cooldown to 1 second (20 ticks) when debugging mode is active, allowing quick automated testing of scenarios.
• Bi-directional War State: Ensured both dis✨g wolves' social states are synchronized to war during active combat.
