Useable Multishot

This simple datapack makes arrows not trigger invincibility frames, close-range Multishot crossbow is now a viable strategy, attempting to hit one target with all of the arrows. Might have issues, let me know if any arise and I will fix them when possible.

Should not require any other mods.
