A simple, light-weight mod that requires the player to use the correct tool to mine a block
TL;DR
Prevents the player from mining a block if the item they are using is not the correct tool for the job.
Wait... How Do I Get Wood?
Same as before. The Mod only kicks in when a player tries to mine a block with the wrong tool OR tries to break something that should not be broken their fist/random item in hand.
