Upgrade Templates Reworked
Reworks the recipes for all smithing templates, and balances them out a bit more. Supports both the Netherrite Upgrade Template and all Trim Templates

This update adds support for 1.21.5, and also all the other 18 smithing templates. All of them now only require 4 diamonds, and 4 of what ever corresponding ingredients.
I will not be changing the project's namesake, but from here on out it will include all smithing templates for each major update as they release.
