Upgrade Templates Reworked

Now replaces the default recipes instead of adding new ones

This update adds support for 1.21.5, and also all the other 18 smithing templates. All of them now only require 4 diamonds, and 4 of what ever corresponding ingredients.

I will not be changing the project's namesake, but from here on out it will include all smithing templates for each major update as they release.

This is the 1.21.x release, it should work on all Minecraft versions from 1.21, through the current 1.21.4
