Universal Goat Horns

Lets any goat drop any horn, regardless of whether it's a normal or screaming goat.

It's now much easier to obtain all 8 goat horns, and screaming goats aren't valuable for anything more than aesthetics. This is useful if you want to add custom goat horn sounds with equal distribution.
