Unfairly Hard Minecraft

This is Unfairly Hard MC, a plugin that makes the Minecraft experience much harder and introduces new game mechanics to make your gameplay experience more miserable.

Features include sudden overwhelming mob spawns, sudden random damage, overall hurt damage multipliers, blocks deciding not to drop at random, fast hunger depletion, and faster mobs, among other things.

How to set up (to play by yourself) Set up a local Minecraft "Paper" server. Do not use the software Microsoft provides - it does not support plugins. Find a tutorial on how to set up the server. It must be 1.16.5 or later. If you have a local server already, skip this step. Drag and drop the downloaded JAR into the "plugins" directory inside your server's directory. Start the server. If it is running, restart it. You're done!

How to set up (on a public server) Repeat Step 2 from the play by yourself tutorial, but instead put the plugin inside the "plugins" folder on your public server.

How to activate: Type into chat "/setdifficulty sigmasonly" (must be an operator to use, or else nothing happens)

This is a beta. Don't use this on a server if you don't have a backup.

This plugin is only compatible with Minecraft 1.16.5 and later versions at the moment. More support will come soon.
