fixed Galena not producing lead

Removed Halite, Romanechite and Monazite-Sm from ore pool, this only really bore useful resources with Modern Industrialisation anyway (left Monazite-Ce since Thorium is in Create: New Age)

Added Petzite (Gold Silver and Tellurium)

Attempted to fix some bugs in the ore list not populating on certain servers

now does stacks properly

• Ported to neoforge for 1.21.1
• the mod loads without the config file now
• removed some left over stuff to do with the old chemical chute
