Powder keg

It is new item, which can be placed on floor. The powder keg can be set on fire by clicking the right mouse button. It can also explode instantly, for example, if lightning strikes it or another explosion occurs nearby. Entities carrying a powder keg in their hands can also be subject to an instant explosion.

Pirate skeletons using powder kegs

Yeah, pirate skeletons can now appear with powder kegs in their hands. They are slower because of the keg, but they do not stop moving when the fuse is lit.

Other changes

• added new names and titles to captain names;
• fixed spam in the console on a dedicated server due to the appearance of skeleton captains.
