Added ReTerraforged. When creating a world, switch from the BetterX world type to default for ReTerraforged world generation and customization. Leave as BetterX to generate without ReTerraforged.

Fixed issue with overload armor bars

Added higher max armor to accommodate for armor that exceeds diamond/netherite level.

Added an upgrade to the Ender Dragon fight.
