TPS MONITOR

This plugin will monitor tps whilst your server is online and once you server drops to a certain tps it will post lag warnings in console and discord via webhook (soon)

DISCORD support to this plugin will be added in a few weeks This will post messages about your servers lagging in a discord channel of your choice.
