Teleport Spyglass
Sneak + Use Teleport Spyglass to instantly teleport you and your animals back to your bed.
Features:
Teleports you to your bed, or to world spawn if your bed is unavailable.
Brings along any leashed mobs, pets, animals, mobs in boats!
How to Get:
Craft with Eye of Ender + Chorus Fruit + Spyglass in any order (shapeless recipe).
Or use the give command:

How to Use
Hold the Teleport Spyglass, then sneak + use to activate. Leashed mobs nearby will follow you through.
How It Works
The datapack creates an exit portal in the end at 0 250 0, and when the spyglass is triggered it teleports the player into it activating Vanilla Minecraft's respawn function.
Leashed mobs are temporarily moved to spawn at 0 200 0 (always-loaded chunks), then teleported to your final location within a second. This keeps the mechanic reliable without complex chunk loading trick.
Because it relies on an End Exit Portal to take you home, if the player has not yet defeated the Ender Dragon, the credits will run the first time you use it.
