Toy Water Gun

Adds a water gun that can shoot:

• Water - extinguishes entities and blocks
• Lava - sets things on fire
• Powder Snow - places powder snow where the projectile lands and does increased damage

The water gun can either be refilled from a cauldron (whenever) or like a bucket (only if tank is empty). While holding a water gun and pressing shift + rmb the pressure increases making projectiles be shot further.
