Tome Imbuement

Allows the usage of Illager Invasion's Imbuing Table to create Quark's Ancient Tomes. Tomes can only be made with enchantments that are in BOTH the illagerinvasion:imbuing enchantment tag and the Quark validEnchants config.

Additionally, there is a config option to restrict the Imbuing Table to this functionality.
